What happens after I claim my reward?

We send a reward email to the email address registered on your account. That's where the redemption process starts.

How do I complete the redemption?

Follow the instructions in the reward email. They take you to a page where you enter your details and complete the payout.

Some rewards, such as Revolut and bank transfer, ask you to enter the account you want the reward sent to.

How long does the payout take?

Withdrawals on HeyCash are instant, and arrival depends on the payout method. Once your payout is processed, check the account for your payout method to see if the reward shows in your balance.
