Noticed a reward sitting in pending status? Here's why that happens and what to expect.
Why is my reward pending?
When a reward is pending, its points are on hold while the offer provider completes its verification process. HeyCash shows your balance in points, and 1,000 points = $1. Verification is a standard step that confirms the offer was completed successfully before the reward is finalized.
How long does verification take?
Verification can take up to seven business days. Once it's complete, the points are credited to your balance automatically.
Where can I see my pending rewards?
Go to Games Activities in your account, then select Show Pendings.
Is there anything I need to do?
No. We know waiting can be frustrating, but your reward is being tracked and will be released once verification is finished.

If your reward still shows as pending after the verification period, contact HeyCash Support at [email protected] or through the contact form with details of the offer so we can look into it.
