Every HeyCash member should have their own account and a fair chance to take part. That's why we have a one-account-per-person policy. Whether you're new to HeyCash or have been with us for a while, here's what you need to know to keep your account in good standing.
Why can I have only one account?
Your HeyCash account is for your personal use. One account per person keeps the experience fair and consistent for everyone.
Can I create another account?
No. Each person should use only one HeyCash account, and creating extra accounts for yourself isn't allowed under this policy.
If you're having trouble getting into your existing account, contact Support about that account instead of creating a new one.
What if I can't access my account?
If you can't log in, or you think you may have created more than one account by accident, contact HeyCash Support at [email protected] or through the contact form.
