Why are some offers restricted?
Third-party advertisers create the offers, and they often set their own targeting requirements, such as a specific device type or OS version, or a limit to certain countries. HeyCash doesn't control these restrictions. We show the offers available to you based on the criteria each advertiser sets.
What kinds of restrictions are common?
The most common restrictions are:
- Device type, for example mobile only or desktop only
- Operating system, for example a minimum Android version
- Region or country, for example only available in certain countries
What should I do if I can't access an offer?
Check back later, because new offers are added regularly. If you think you should have access to an offer but can't see it, it's usually because of the advertiser's targeting, not a problem with your account.
