How does offer tracking work?
When you complete an offer, the offer provider tracks your activity and confirms that you completed it according to their requirements. Once it's tracked, that information is used to credit the points to your HeyCash balance.
How long does tracking take?
Most offers are tracked within three business days, though this can vary by offer provider. Weekends don't count toward this timeframe.
Why do some offers take longer?
Some offers go through an extra verification period, which can take up to seven business days. This happens when the offer provider needs more time to confirm that the offer was completed correctly before releasing the reward.
What does "pending" mean?
Pending means your reward is still being processed while the offer is tracked or verified. No action is needed on your end. You can check it anytime by going to Game Activities or Game History, then selecting Show Pendings.
What if my reward doesn't show up?
If it's been longer than the expected timeframe (three business days for standard tracking, or seven business days for offers that need verification) and your reward still hasn't been credited, contact HeyCash Support at [email protected] or through the contact form with details of the offer so we can look into it.
