Wait for tracking to process
If you recently completed the task or offer, please wait three business days for the system to track and process your activity. Weekends don't count toward this timeframe.
Allow for tracking delays
Tracking can take longer when the offer partner needs more time to confirm completion. Offers that go through this extra verification can take up to seven business days. In most cases, the reward is credited to your account automatically once the check is complete, with no action needed from you.
Still missing after seven business days?
If it's been more than seven business days (not counting weekends) and your reward still hasn't been credited, contact HeyCash Support at [email protected] or through the contact form with details of the offer or game so we can look into it.
