What is the minimum age to join HeyCash?
You must be 18 or older to create a HeyCash account and take part in surveys and offers.
Why is there a minimum age requirement?
It helps us meet legal and survey industry standards. It also means everyone taking part can enter into agreements and manage their own rewards responsibly.
What happens if I'm under 18?
If you're under 18, you can't create or use a HeyCash account at this time. Accounts that belong to someone under 18 may be suspended or removed. If this applies to you, please delete your account. We'd love to have you join once you're eligible.
What if I entered my age incorrectly?
If you're 18 or older but entered your date of birth incorrectly during sign-up, contact our Support team so we can help correct it. Please don't create a second account to fix it, as that may conflict with our one-account-per-person policy.
