When you complete a milestone in a game offer, such as installing, reaching a certain level or making an in-app purchase, the game provider tracks your activity and reports it back to confirm completion. Once it's confirmed, your reward is credited to your account.
How long does tracking take?
Most game offers are tracked within three business days. Weekends don't count toward this timeframe.
Why do game offers sometimes take longer?
Some game offers go through an extra verification period, which can take up to seven business days. This happens when the game provider needs more time to confirm that the milestone was completed correctly before releasing the reward.
What if my reward is still missing?
