How to delete your HeyCash account and request your data

Want to delete your HeyCash account or request a copy of your data? Here's how to do both.

How do I delete my account?

1. Log in to your HeyCash account.
2. Go to Account > Settings > Delete Account.
3. When you're asked if you're sure you want to delete your account, enter your password to confirm.

Please note that deleting your account can't be undone.

How do I request my data?

You can email our privacy team at [email protected] to make a data request. Depending on where you live, you may be able to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion of your information, or receive your information in a portable format.

For your security, we may need to verify your identity before responding. Once verified, we'll respond within the required timeframe.
